A taxi is driving North on West Street and turns left on to Horatio, a tree lined road with an imperial entrance of 110-114 Horatio Street that makes a really good first impression of this luxury building by the water front.
From the taxi an elegant woman steps out with her dog right by her side. She is passing the attendant lobby and takes the elevator up to her apartment with its west facing windows. She has an extraordinary view over the sparkling Hudson River and New Jersey in the distance.
